Cheryl is such a beautiful gift. She reminds you what it feels like to be in a safe space where you have permission to let go. Cheryl has the distinct ability to cut through the fog and make things clear again which has helped my thoughts and life to be more organized. When she takes the lead it brings so much peace and clarity. I am forever grateful to the difference she has made in my life. I could only wish everyone could feel that warmth.

Cheryl set me up with a hypnotherapy program for pre op and post op recovery. Her soft and calm nature and voice kept me ever so calm on surgery day. No anxiety at all. Surgery went without a hitch. Post op recovery was a breeze. Doctors and recovery team were impressed and we talked in length about hypnotherapy. What a wonderful advantage to be given. Thank you Cheryl, for your support.

Hypnotherapy is a set of therapeutic techniques that help individuals quiet their conscious mind in order to access a heightened state of concentration and focused attention. During this period, a trained therapist offers suggestions to clients that lead to healthier perceptions around emotions, sensations, memories, thoughts, or behaviors.
RTTⓇ stands for Rapid Transformational Therapy, a therapeutic approach that uses evidence-based techniques to make positive changes and reframe negative beliefs, values, habits, and emotions that are standing in the way. RRTⓇ draws on other areas of traditional psychotherapy including gestalt, solution-focused and cognitive behavioral therapy, hypnotherapy, and mindfulness.
A Mindset Coach is a professional trained to guide individuals through examining their core limiting beliefs and behaviors. Then, together they go through exercises designed to intentionally reframe these thinking patterns and outlooks. Through personalized guidance and one-on-one support, mindset coaches facilitate personal growth and mental transformation focused on an individual’s short and long term goals.

Yes, numerous studies demonstrate that hypnotherapy can help individuals control both the intensity and effect of pain on the body.
