We take care of light repairs and interior painting to help your home look its best for the next chapter. Every home is different, so we begin with an assessment to determine what can be handled in-house. If a repair or project requires more support than we can provide, we’ll connect you with a trusted professional or company to get the job done right.

We’ll take care of the clutter you’re ready to let go. Our team will pick up your garbage and recycling and transport it to the local resource recovery centre for you. This service is billed at an hourly rate plus the tipping fee charged by the facility.
Available only as an add-on to a package. Not offered as a stand-alone service.
We’ll help make sure your belongings find the right next home. Our team can drop off donations at the places of your choice and assist with selling items through a garage sale or social media. While we don’t provide item valuations, if there are pieces you’d like appraised, we can point you in the right direction to trusted resources.

Change isn’t always easy, and sometimes it helps to have someone walk beside you. These one-on-one sessions are designed for individuals or family members who are struggling with what to do next, how to begin a new transition, or how to accept an unexpected change.
With a balance of practical guidance and compassionate support, I’ll talk you through your situation, create a realistic plan, and provide a safe space to process emotions. Whether you need a listening ear or clear steps forward, this service is here to help you navigate life’s transitions with more ease and confidence.
This session is perfect if you just need help getting started. I’ll come meet with you in your home, walk through your space, and discuss your goals. Together, we’ll create a clear plan and I’ll provide thoughtful handouts to guide you through the process step by step. You’ll leave with practical advice, direction and know where to begin. Ideal for anyone who wants to manage the downsizing process on their own, or simply book help as needed at an hourly rate.
